The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting,providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goalsand contingencies. Demonstrates awareness of all relevant aspectsof patient situations and delegates appropriately to careproviders. Provides nursing care based on the nursing process,including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, andevaluation. Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural,and social needs, providing education to patients and families.
Administers medications and treatments per protocols, monitoringfor side effects and effectiveness. Documents patient informationaccurately. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing(preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, BLScertification, RN license, and nephrology or hemodialysiscertifications (preferred or required within specified timeframes).This full-time role is based at a leading acute care facility withspecialized services and teaching affiliations.
