In this critical role, you will provide exceptional care in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and comfort while assisting with surgical procedures. Your expertise will be vital in navigating the challenges of modern healthcare. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures. Assist surgeons during operations by providing necessary instruments and support. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes during surgery. Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the physician. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures. Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery processes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of anatomy and surgical procedures. Experience in an operating room setting preferred.
