Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate School Nurse to join our team in Concord, NH. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for providing healthcare services to students, managing health emergencies, and promoting student wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer first aid and emergency care to students and staff as required. Provide medications and treatments according to physician orders and district protocols. Monitor students with chronic medical conditions and ensure proper accommodations. Perform health screenings (vision, hearing, scoliosis, etc.) and follow up on referrals. Maintain detailed health records, including immunizations and medical histories. Collaborate with school staff to create health plans for students with special medical needs. Educate students and staff on various health-related topics, including prevention and wellness. Work with parents and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for students. Assist in creating emergency response plans and contribute to crisis management. Ensure compliance with state health laws and district policies.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in New Hampshire BSN preferred Experience in school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred CPR/First Aid certification required How to
