Caseload Details:

Work closely with the student, their family, and medical professionals to develop and implement an individualized healthcare plan. Provide continuous medical care and monitoring to the student throughout the school day, addressing any medical needs that may arise. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, adhering to medical protocols and school policies. Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other school staff to ensure the student’s seamless integration into the classroom environment. Monitor the student’s condition, vital signs, and response to treatments, adjusting care plans as needed. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and healthcare providers to provide updates on the student’s health and progress. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for the student. Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as necessary.

Qualifications:
