Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Joinour dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the NeonatalIntensive Care Unit (NICU), where you will provide specialized careto critically ill newborns requiring intensive medical attentionand monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor newborns’ vital signs, respiratory status,and overall condition continuously. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed byneonatologists and pediatricians. Operate advanced medical equipment such as incubators,ventilators, and phototherapy units. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to developindividualized care plans for neonates. Educate parents and families on newborn care, feedingtechniques, and discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities inmedical records.
Work Environment:
This role is based in hospital NICUs, providing critical careto premature or medically fragile newborns. The position requires strong clinical skills, attention todetail, and the ability to respond calmly under pressure.
