RN – OR – Circulate Digitive LLC 273 County Road, New London, NH 03257 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide critical care to patients experiencing acute medical conditions and emergencies, ensuring their safety and comfort while adhering to established protocols and standards. Responsibilities Assess and triage patients upon arrival in the Emergency Room. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records for all patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities. Skills Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy. Proficient understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience with medical documentation practices and maintaining accurate medical records. Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion in high-stress situations. Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
