Job Description Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RNBehavioral Health for a travel nursing job in Concord, NewHampshire. Job Description & Requirements

  • Days (7a-3p /5-8’s only 7RN’s) , (RN’s
  • Evenings 3-11 /5-8’s only 4 RN’s) RNs must bequalified to perform duties that include but are not limited to:
  • Conducting physical assessments, including psychiatric or admissionassessments.
  • Administering medication(s).
  • Processing ofphysician orders.
  • Monitoring vital signs.
  • Testing blood glucoselevels.
  • Completing treatments.
  • Conducting pain assessments.
  • Changing dressings.
  • Providing venipuncture services.
  • Managementof the milieu.
  • Utilizing the electronic health record (EHR) toobtain clinical information and to document patient care.
  • Communicating both verbally and in writing to report relatedfindings
  • In accordance with agency policies, declare a personalsafety emergency stemming from any situation where the physical oremotional safety of an individual is at risk and immediate actionis necessary to prevent harm or injury (e.

g., physical assaults,verbal threats, medical equipment malfunctions, or incidents ofpatient/resident elopement) as needed.

Remarks:
  • Minimum 2 yrs ofpsych experience is required.
  • Orientation will be in the 1stshift for 4 weeks.
  • Initial 26 week contracted signed
  • RN•Pleasenote 11-7 nurses work as the only nurse on the unit on third shiftwithout any supervisors hence the candidate must be comfortable forthe same.
  • BLS from AHA is a must during the time of submission.
