The RN isresponsible for overseeing the clinical care of residents in anassisted living setting. This includes supervising LPNs and LNAs,managing care plans, and ensuring resident safety, wellness, andregulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete nursingassessments and create individualized care plans Supervise andsupport LPNs and LNAs Administer medications and perform clinicalprocedures as needed Communicate with families, physicians, andcare teams Document nursing interventions and resident progressEnsure adherence to state guidelines and facility policies

Requirements:

Active RN license in New Hampshire BLS certificationrequired Ability to lift/move residents and respond to emergenciesPrior experience in assisted living or geriatrics stronglypreferred Strong leadership, assessment, and communication skillsLER Healthcare Job
