Urgent Behavioral Health RN Koka Technology Solutions 36 Clinton St, Concord, NH 03301

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or according to established protocols
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Instruct patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Experience:

• Experience in a variety of healthcare settings, including but not limited to:
• Behavioral health
• Esthetic laser treatment
• Cardiac catheterization
• Pain management
• Memory care
• Neonatal ventilator
• Critical care
• Home care

Skills:

• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess patient needs and make appropriate decisions regarding their care
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
• CPR certification required
• Additional certifications or specialized training in relevant areas of nursing practice are a plus
