Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry Join our team as a skilledRegistered Nurse (RN) in the Telemetry Unit, where you will providespecialized care to patients requiring continuous cardiacmonitoring. This role involves using advanced telemetry technologyto monitor patients’ vital signs and ensure timely interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms usingtelemetry equipment and respond promptly to any abnormalities oremergencies. Administer medications, fluids, and treatments perphysician orders while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Createpersonalized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinaryhealthcare teams. Educate patients and families about cardiachealth, treatment plans, and recovery processes. Document patientinformation accurately in medical records systems while adhering toregulatory standards.

Work Environment:

The role is based inhospital telemetry units or cardiac care centers equipped withadvanced monitoring technology for critical patients requiringcontinuous observation. This position requires strongdecision-making skills and composure under pressure in fast-pacedenvironments focused on cardiac care excellence.
