Patient Population:

Adults & Geriatrics Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of critically ill geriatric patients in the ICU Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures pertinent to acute care Manage complex medical conditions and respond promptly to changes in patient status Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey. Certification as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP). Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or acute care setting, preferably with a geriatric focus Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare team members
