No experience is required. As an RN Field Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing field staff, conducting in-home clinical assessments, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care in a community-based setting. Duties Supervise and support field nurses and healthcare providers Conduct clinical visits and assessments for patients in their homes Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop care plans Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and documentation standards Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to staff Manage a flexible caseload with occasional on-call responsibilities Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey Experience in home health care or similar community-based roles Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Demonstrated leadership skills and team mentorship experience Proficiency with electronic documentation and healthcare software Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Why Join Us?
