Nurse Practitioner (Adult – Geriatrics) The Vitality Group 3718 Church Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 Vitality NP Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team! Full time position open for a qualified NP in a skilled nursing facility in Mount Laurel Township, NJ! •Ideally seeking candidate with ability to cover one weekend day instead of one weekday• Offering flexible hours and days. No evenings, holidays, or on call required! Lots of room for a great work-life balance!

Responsibilities:

Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists

Qualifications:

Previous RN experience – NEW

NP GRADS WELCOMED!

Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member Good critical thinking/ assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment Excellent written/verbal communication skills and computers

Job Types:

Full-time Pay:

$100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year •plus productivity bonus with the ability to earn up to $80,000 extra yearly!!
