Demonstrates effective teamwork as a member of the interdisciplinary care team, fostering and exemplifying a culture of respect. May participate in the direct care of patients during the Provider visit. 25%
Responsible for the coordination of care, assists in securing prescriptions and supplies for proper care. Participates in telephone triage 25% Consistently follows evidence based practice and nursing standards/procedures to provide nursing care that eliminates preventable events of patient harm and promotes excellent patient oues. 25% Experience Required Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience Education Requirements Current NJ-RN License, BSN required.
