UP to $55/hour based on experience Full-Time Bi-weekly pay 401k Health/Dental/Vision PTO Employee engagement activities and staff appreciation events Positive, supportive, welcoming team environment Excellent and ongoing training, including a formal mentorship program Livingston Post-Acute Care is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role as MDS Coordinator. As an MDS Coordinator (RN), you will conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment process in accordance with the requirements of the Federal and State regulations as well as company policies and procedures. Requirements of MDS Coordinator (RN): Active Registered Nurse (RN) license 2 years of clinical experience in a long-term care/subacute care or similar setting required 2 years of MDS experience required Current/active CPR certification required Livingston Post-Acute Care is a 124-bed post-acute care center located in Livingston, NJ.
