Nurse Practitioner (Adult-Geriatrics) The Vitality Group 480 North Walnut Street, East Orange, NJ 07017 Vitality NP Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team! Full or part time position open for a qualified NP in a skilled nursing facility in East Orange, NJ!

Responsibilities:
Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists
Qualifications:
Previous RN experience – NEW
NP GRADS WELCOMED!
Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member Good critical thinking/ assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment Excellent written/verbal communication skills and computers
Job Type:
Full-time Part-time Pay:
$90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
- PLUS, productivity bonus with the potential to earn up to $80,000.
