Full-time Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Staff Nurse with OB/GYN experience to support Hospital’s Ambulatory OB-GYN department. The Staff Nurse will provide patient-centered care, support clinical procedures, and collaborate closely with providers and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct health assessments and document patient histories. Perform fetal monitoring and non-stress tests. Assist with OB-GYN-specific procedures and direct patient care. Administer medications and immunizations. Educate and counsel patients on care plans, medications, and follow-up procedures. Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards (TJC, DOHSS). Respond to emergencies and escalate care as needed.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).

License:

Active RN License in New Jersey.

Certifications:

BLS required. CLC or Ambulatory Care Cert preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in OB/GYN or Maternal-Child health. Ambulatory care/outpatient experience preferred. Experience with fetal monitoring and lactation support is a plus.
