Crisis RN Camden Coalition 700 Mullica Hill Road, Mullica Hill, NJ 08062 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients for changes in condition and report findings to the healthcare team. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services. Provide specialized care in areas such as cardiac catheterization, geriatrics, critical care transport, tube feeding, family planning, and medical-surgical nursing as needed. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Strong clinical skills with experience in critical care transport or infection control preferred. Proficiency in coding practices related to nursing documentation is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing or related fields is desirable.
