Accepting the NJ or compact license What Greenstaff Medical has to offer: The pay rate is up to $64.00 per hour (taxable rate), and the overtime rate is $96.00 per hour. Weekly pay is $3,328.00 for 48 hours, Local pay Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. As an RN in the Emergency Room, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with various medical conditions while ensuring their comfort and safety. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the nature and extent of injuries or illnesses. Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond promptly to changes in their condition. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist in triaging patients based on the severity of their conditions. Participate in emergency response situations as needed, demonstrating quick decision-making skills. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Strong background in patient care, particularly in emergency or critical care settings. Experience working with diverse populations, including children, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Knowledge of geriatrics and familiarity with clinic operations is preferred. Understanding of workers’ compensation law is a plus. Experience with botulinum toxin treatment is advantageous but not required. Proficient in Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments is desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
