Job Description:

• Deliver qualitycare through a team effort, utilizing the nursing process ofassessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Assure patient safety by executing appropriate policies andprocedures.
• Provide support for pain management using bothpharmacological and non-pharmacological measures, assistingpatients and families in identifying individualized comfortmeasures.
• Ensure handoff communication includes a report onsituations most likely to develop and the problems awaiting thepatient.
• Identify proactively issues related to patient educationfor medication management and provide discharge planning, includinginstructions on discharge medications.
