Clinical Assessment Nurse Theres no place like home senior care Fords, NJ 08863 • Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working in various settings, including inpatient care, and requires an assesment of home care and instructions for home health aide. This is a great part time position paying 100 per assessment and times for assessments can be made by you to fit your schedule . Duties Write up assessments and do follow up every 60 days. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team. Participate in emergency medicine procedures as needed, responding swiftly to critical situat Oversee tube feeding procedures and ensure proper nutrition for patients unable to eat by mouth. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in inpatient settings preferred; familiarity with emergency medicine is a plus Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
