JobDescription:

ARMStaffing is hiring experiencedCVICU RegisteredNurses (CVICU RNs)for high-paying travel and local contractopportunities across the U.S. As a CVICU RN, you’ll care forpatients recovering from complex cardiovascular surgeries,including open-heart procedures, LVAD placement, and hearttransplants. This role is ideal for critical care nurses withadvanced cardiac experience and a passion for high-acuity care.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Deliver intensive care to post-operativecardiac surgery patients, including those with chest tubes,Swan-Ganz catheters, and invasive lines
• Monitor hemodynamics,titrate vasoactive drips, and manage mechanical ventilation
• Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgeons, perfusionists, andcritical care teams to support complex recovery plans
• Respond tomedical emergencies including arrhythmias, cardiac arrest, andrapid decompensation
• Accurately document patient care and changesin condition using EMR systems (e.

g., EPIC, Cerner)

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (compact or state-specific)
• Minimum 2 yearsof ICU experience; at least 1 year in CVICU or cardiac surgery ICUpreferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong criticalthinking skills and advanced knowledge of cardiovascularpathophysiology
• Proficiency in caring for post-op CABG, valvereplacement, heart transplant, or ECMO patients preferred AtARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
