Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1.5 years of experience and be comfortable working with a diverse patient mix, including both adults and pediatrics. The role involves floating between the Pediatric ICU, Emergency Department, and Adult critical care. Experience in
PICU/NICU
is preferred. The candidate may be required to float to additional units based on their skill set and the hospital’s needs. Familiarity with equipment such as Servo I & U and V60 BiPAP is essential. The position requires proficiency in the EPIC charting system. A valid NJ License and BLS certification are mandatory. Advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NRP are highly preferred, though training will be provided onsite if necessary.
Shift:
Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30) Every other weekend required (Fri/Sat)
