Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric and maternal patients in a home or community setting
Provide education, support, and resources to families to promote maternal and child well-being
Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
Qualifications
Active RN license in New Jersey
Experience in pediatric, maternal, or public health nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and travel within Ocean County
Familiarity with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) is a plus

In compliance with New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $70,200.00 to USD $159,171.19.
