This position involves traveling to different facilities, including outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and emergency rooms, to support healthcare teams in delivering essential services. You will utilize your nursing skills and experience to assess patient needs, administer medications, and ensure effective medical documentation while adapting to diverse environments. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in various settings, including outpatient facilities, nursing homes, and emergency rooms. Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions. Conduct thorough medical documentation to maintain accurate patient records. Measure and record vital signs to assess patient health status. Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving care facilities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Offer specialized care in pediatrics or critical care as needed. Utilize sonography skills when applicable to assist with patient diagnostics. Requirements Valid nursing license with the ability to practice in multiple states. Experience in outpatient settings, nursing homes, emergency rooms, or critical care preferred. Proficiency in medication administration and medical documentation practices. Strong ability to assess vital signs and recognize changes in patient conditions. Experience with discharge planning processes is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patients.
