JobDescription:

As a PCU/Stepdown RN, you’ll care for patients who arecritically ill but stable enough to leave the ICU. You’ll monitortelemetry, administer complex medications, and respond quickly tochanges in patient condition—all while playing a key role inpatient recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patientswith high acuity needs Interpret and respond to cardiac telemetryand vital signs Administer medications, manage IV drips, andmaintain care plans Collaborate with physicians and care teams toensure safe, effective treatment Document interventions and patientprogress accurately and promptly

Requirements:

Active RN license(Compact license preferred) BLS and ACLS certifications requiredMinimum 1-2 years of recent PCU, Stepdown, or Telemetry experienceStrong cardiac rhythm interpretation and critical thinking skillsExperience with ventilator and drip management preferred AtARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
