RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN MDS COORDINATOR

Monitors and guides the completion of assessments in a timely manner Involvement and supervision of inputting of MDS assessments, the transmission to the state, and obtains receipt of the validation Make written or oral reports/recommendations to the Director as necessary/required, concerning the operation of the nursing service department. Participates in facility surveys and audits made by authorized governmental agencies as requested by the Administrator or

DON. QUALIFICATIONS OF AN MDS COORDINATOR

Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited school. Must have an active license as an RN. Experience preferred, not required. Crystal Lake is an equal opportunity employer.
