RN•Med Surg Tele•Local Contract 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Bricktown, NJ WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Med/Surg Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Bricktown, NJ.
Job Function :
Night Shift. 3×12: 7pm•7am. Administers prescribed medications orally, subcutaneously, or intravenously, and accurately documents all administrations. Reports any adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with established nursing policies and procedures. Educates patients about upcoming surgical procedures and addresses their questions or concerns. Records patients’ medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant clinical information. Monitors and adjusts specialized medical equipment, interpreting and documenting data from electronic displays.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of New Jersey. 2 years of experience in acute Medical/Surgical nursing. Valid BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
