If you value calm, consistency, and meaningful connection, this opportunity is for you.
Your Role:
Carry out care as directed by the client’s individualized plan Administer medications and treatments accurately Monitor and document vital signs and overnight status Assist with repositioning, mobility, and bedtime routines Stay attentive and ready to respond to any needs throughout the night Communicate any updates to the family or healthcare team
What You Need:
A valid RN license in the state of New Jersey Experience in home care, long-term care, or similar settings (preferred) Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight shifts Reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate care approach Full availability for the Monday-Thursday overnight schedule
