Underthe direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed PracticalNurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achievingpositive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Providepatient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursingpractice and the written plank of care, as well as physician’streatment plan. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.

Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care(POC) Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly.

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.
