• preferred Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Administer medications and IV therapies, perform catheterizations, and manage tube feeding as needed. Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate families on neonatal care and support them during their hospital stay. #IND3
