Job Description:

ARMStaffing ishiring skilled and experiencedCardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurses(Cath Lab RNs)for travel and local contract opportunitiesnationwide. As a Cath Lab RN, you’ll play a critical role inlife-saving cardiac procedures by assisting with diagnostic andinterventional cardiac catheterizations. If you’re a highly trainednurse with a strong background in cardiovascular care, this is youropportunity to work in high-tech labs at top-rated hospitals.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Assist cardiologists and interventionalradiologists during catheter-based procedures such as angioplasty,stent placement, and electrophysiology studies
• Monitor anddocument patient vitals before, during, and after procedures
• Administer conscious sedation and manage patient comfort and safety
• Scrub, circulate, and/or monitor as part of the Cath Lab team
• Respond quickly to emergencies including arrhythmias or cardiacarrest
• Maintain sterile field protocols and ensure accuratedocumentation in the EMR (e.

g., EPIC, Cerner)

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (compact or state-specific)
• Minimum 2 years ofrecent nursing experience; at least 1 year in a Cath Lab orcritical care setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certificationsrequired
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and administration ofIV cardiac meds
