Patient Care:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care forpatients with a variety of medical conditions and post-operativeneeds. /n
• Monitor patient status, including vital signs, labresults, and response to treatments. /n
• Administer medicationsand treatments in accordance with physician orders and establishedprotocols.

Clinical Documentation:

• Maintainaccurate and thorough patient records, including assessments,interventions, and outcomes. /n
• Communicate effectively with thehealthcare team regarding patient progress and any changes incondition.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Coordinate care with physicians, physical therapists, dietitians,and other healthcare professionals. /n
• Educate patients andfamilies about diagnoses, treatments, medications, andpost-discharge care.

Technical Skills:

/n /n

• Operate and maintain medical equipment such as IV pumps, woundvacuums, and telemetry monitors. /n
• Perform procedures such ascatheterizations, wound care, and IV insertions.

Patient Advocacy:

/n /n

• Promote patient safety and ensurecompliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. /n
• Address patient concerns and ensure comfort and dignity throughoutthe care process.

Emergency Response:

/n /n

• Recognize and respond to deteriorating patient conditions,including initiating life-saving interventions when necessary. /n
• Actively participate in code teams and rapid response scenarios.

Qualifications:

• Licensure:

  Active Registered Nurse(RN) license in the practicing state. /n

• Education:

  Associate’sDegree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)required. /n

• Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)certification.
