Salary Range:

$72,072.00 – $74,229.26 The clinical Nurse contributes to thecreation of a compassionate and caring environment for patients,families and colleagues through displays of kindness and activelistening. Recognizes and appreciates that each employee’s work isvaluable and contributes to the success of the Mission. oImplements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs,performs treatments, procedures and special tests, and documenttreatment as required by company policy and local/state/federalrules and regulations. o Orders, interprets, and evaluatesdiagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’ conditions. oAssesses and evaluates patient needs for, and responses to, carerendered. o Applies sound nursing judgment in patient caremanagement decisions. o Provides primary and emergency care foroccupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. oAdministers over-the-counter and prescription medications asordered. o Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan ofCare for all patients. o Directs and guides ancillary personnel andmaintain standards of professional nursing.
