Travel The Registered Nurse (RN)in the Med-Surg unit is responsible for providing direct patientcare in a fast-paced environment, assisting with the recovery ofpatients who require medical and surgical interventions. • Administer medications, treatments, andinterventions as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherenceto medical protocols. /n
• Monitor patient vital signs, labresults, and clinical progress, making necessary adjustments tocare plans. /n
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs),including mobility, hygiene, and nutrition. /n

Patient Education:

• Educatepatients and their families about their conditions, treatmentoptions, and discharge plans. /n
