$78,773.63 -$122,099.12 Position will focus on education of current staff andorientation of new staff. The position includes auditing, and ispart of the leadership team. Salary Range $71,547.00 – $118,053QUALIFICATION

EDUCATION

A Bachelor’s degree inNursing. Must hold current New York State Registered Nurseregistration and certification or eligible for licensure in NewYork State.

EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated clinical competence and indepth knowledge in specialty area.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Creates acollegial and collaborative environment among all members of thehealthcare team. Demonstrated effective leadership, teaching,research and communication skills.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for decisions.

Utilizes problem-solving and decision making skills. Coaches andmentors staff. Researches and develops specialty specific practicestandards and communicates them to other staff in their area ofspecialty.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to identify problems collectsdata, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability toimprove job performance through continuing education.

PHYSICALDEMANDS
