$63,522, In addition to contractual COLA increases, the annual salary of $63,522 will in- crease by $400 on the anniversary date for three years.

DESCRIPTION
This is a supervisory position overseeing Public Health Aides. The incumbent in this position works to ensure strategies are developed and implemented to improve birth outcomes in the county. This includes oversight of staff conducting can- vassing and outreach to high-risk women of childbearing age assisting them in linking to support services. The incumbent also works with local providers of health and social support services and the population to increase access and improve coordination of services. Work may be performed during evening or weekend hours. Does related work as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EITHER
A.New York State licensure as either a Master or Clinical Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) and two (2) years of supervi- sory experience in public health, community organization or clinical case management (focused on individual and family); OR, B.Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) and New York State licensure as either a Public Health Nurse or Registered Professional Nurse.
