JobDescription:

As an OR RN, you’ll provide specialized care before,during, and after surgical procedures. You’ll ensure surgicalenvironments are sterile, patients are properly prepped, andsurgical teams have the support they need for successfuloperations. /n

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgicalprocedures as a scrub or circulating nurse /n
• Prepare andmaintain a sterile operating environment /n
• Monitor patientsduring surgery and respond to any emergencies /n
• Collaborate withsurgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs /n
• Document allintraoperative care and maintain accurate records /n
• Ensureequipment and instruments are properly sterilized and available /n/n

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact licensepreferred) /n
• BLS and ACLS certifications required /n
• CNORcertification preferred /n
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent OperatingRoom experience /n
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique andsurgical safety protocols /n
