In this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, utilizing your skills and expertise to make a significant impact on patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the CVICU, monitoring vital signs and patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes. Utilize advanced technology and systems for patient monitoring and documentation. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care standards. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in critical care or CVICU preferred. Strong knowledge of case management principles and hospital medicine practices. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
