RN Educator/Emergency Preparedness Coordinator Position Available In Allegany, New York

RN Educator/Emergency Preparedness Coordinator 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 140 West Main Street, Cuba, NY 14727 We are looking for an Educator to join our team and help us provide the highest quality of care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical-surgical, geriatrics, acute care, long term care, and rehabilitation center settings. This individual will be responsible for providing educational programs to nursing staff, developing and implementing educational materials, and monitoring the effectiveness of educational programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others learn.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students. Provide instruction in medical-surgical, geriatrics, acute care, long term care, and rehabilitation center settings. Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents. Utilize technology to enhance learning. Maintain accurate records of student progress. Collaborate with other educators to ensure that students are receiving the best possible education. Assist with, manage, and educate staff on Facility Emergency Preparedness Programs.
