Job Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one home care nursing as a skilled Registered Nurse (RN)
• Administer medications, infusions, and injections in a home care setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting progress.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper care techniques.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience (home care RN experience preferred)
• Experience with Trach, Vent, Tube feeding, or Infusions preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different home care environments.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
