The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on preventive health measures and managing chronic conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient education and a collaborative approach to healthcare delivery. Duties Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnostic evaluations and patient needs. Perform procedures such as gastric lavage and infection control measures as necessary. Manage behavioral health issues, providing support and referrals when needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care, including case management and utilization review. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems like Epic. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options. Stay informed about workers’ compensation law to assist patients with related claims effectively. Provide toddler care as part of family-focused health services. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Proven experience in primary care or a similar healthcare setting. Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and patient management strategies. Familiarity with infection control protocols and practices. Experience in operating rooms (OR) is a plus but not mandatory. Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices. Background in case management is preferred, along with knowledge of utilization review processes.
