Important Detail:

This is for adult care. Patient range from 18 years old to 100 years old. This will be for the Manhattan borough. Patient cases can range anywhere from 5-8 cases a day.

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Adult care team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Perform catheterizations and administer medications Monitor and manage acute pain levels Perform comprehensive physical and mental health assessments. Develop individualized care plans in coordination with physicians, patients, and family members. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, updating care plans as needed.
