RN Case Manager (Inpatient Care) –

Bronx, NY Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00

PM Contract:

13 weeks

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a contract position with a leading healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital inpatient care management , resource management , and utilization review .

Responsibilities:

Provide case and resource management services for hospital inpatients Conduct utilization reviews and coordinate patient care plans Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of case/resource management and utilization management experience Active New York State RN License (Primary Source Verified) AHA BLS certification Must have prior hospital inpatient care management experience
