The candidate can choose between locations in the Bronx or Bronx, NY! This is a temp-to-perm role!
Job Function:
Day Shift 9am
- 5pm or 8am
- 4pm.
Provide direct and supportive healthcare to individuals in residential programs. Coordinate care and manage cases for individuals, ensuring proper documentation of health status and needs. Oversee staff training to ensure proper provision of care.
Job Requirements:
1 year of RN experience in an OPWDD setting, LTC, mental health, or similar settings. New York State RN License. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
