Responsibilities:

Conduct Start of Care (SOC) assessments and routine Reassessments Deliver compassionate, high-quality care in patients’ homes

Requirements:

Active NYS RN license At least 1 year of homecare experience Strong documentation and clinical skills Russian -speaking candidates are strongly preferred
