Position Overview:

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a rewarding travel assignment in Plattsburgh, New York. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic emergency department, providing critical care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and triage patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

Active New York State RN license or proof of application. Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience. BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required.

EPIC EMR

experience within the last 2 years preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Reliable transportation is essential; public transportation is limited in the area.
