$68,640.00 – $70,699.20 TheRegistered Professional Nurse assesses, coordinates, plans,directs, implements and manages the needs of assigned patientsthroughout the episode of care with a focus on progress towarddischarge, including during transitions within the acute care stay.
The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the deliveryand coordination of patient care provided by the caregiving team.
S/he assures that competent, compassionate patient care isuniformly provided to customers including referring facilities,hospital staff and patients in the inpatient, ambulatory, andcommunity settings. Registered Professional Nurses that participatein the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) mustprogress from novice to competent within a specialty. Nurses areeligible to apply for advancement to proficient or expert status asoutlined in the NPAP.
