Schedule:
40 hours per week – Monday through Friday daytime hours +
Status:
Exempt, Salaried +
Compensation:
$33.00 per hour (salaried) +

You’ll be part of a mission-driven organization making a daily difference in the lives of people with disabilities-without sacrificing your personal time Key Responsibilities + Coordinate and oversee medical care and follow-up for individuals in IRA residences + Act as liaison with healthcare providers, scheduling appointments and interpreting reports + Complete nursing assessments and collaborate on care plans with program staff + Train individuals and staff on health-related issues and medication administration + Maintain accurate medical records and medication regimen reviews + Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to medical procedures and policies + Ensure availability of first aid and nursing supplies across sites
Note:
This position does not participate in the nursing on-call rotation. Requirements + Licensed and currently registered as an RN by the New York State Department of Education + Minimum of 2 years’ professional nursing experience + Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred + Valid NYS Driver’s License required Contact Us For more information or to apply: +
