This is a full-time leadership role ideal for a seasoned RN with a strong background in infusion therapy, who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about delivering the highest standard of care directly in patients’ homes. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of in-home infusion nurses, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuity of care. Oversee and coordinate infusion services for patients receiving IV therapy at home, including specialty medications. Train new nursing staff and provide ongoing education on protocols, safety, and best practices. Monitor patient outcomes, intervene as necessary, and liaise with physicians, pharmacists, and case managers. Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in NY. Extensive experience in infusion therapy , with advanced knowledge of IV medications, pumps, and sterile techniques. Minimum 5 years of clinical infusion experience ; previous supervisory or management experience highly preferred. Proficiency in home health documentation systems and comfort with mobile charting.
